Wedding Flower Pricing

Wedding Flowers - How much is this gonna cost me?

There are so many factors to wedding flower pricing. Where to start? Start with a few general questions for yourself.

  • What are your personalities? What is your style and favorite aesthetic? How do you want to express yourself on your wedding day? What is your venue and does it jibe with the answers of the first three questions.

  • What is your overall budget? If flowers are anywhere in the middle of the priority list, you should expect to delegate a minimum of 10% of your overall budget to the floral decor. This is not a rule-more like an average. Your day should reflect you, not be a pie chart… unless you love pie charts!

  • There are things that depend on the numbers-how many guests? how many tables? how many bridesmaids? how many mothers? The more of these you have, the more flowers you might want.

  • What is your must have flower? Is it in season? Is it rare or popular? Sometimes anchored preferences can drive up costs.

  • Do you want to be fully served and have all of the decor handled from beginning to end?

  • Want to do it all yourself with some design guidance from the Archivist? Sure thing, I have options for you.
